Mewtwo is the strongest in my view.If all of the legendaries came hurtling at him at once, he could stop them in midair with his paw. lol

He can speak to humans and Pokemon alike with only it's mind, and it has enough psychic power to control weather, which could cause a problem to Lugia and Ho-Oh.

Manaphy is kinda strong because it also rules the sea and in the 9th film, it has power over even Kyogre.

But Mewtwo is still the strongest, even if it isnt the biggest.

Well Lugia can also talk to humans using it's mind, i also comtrols the sea and weather too, although i agree that mewtwo is stong.. as well as Mew

Well all the legendary pokemon are good in there own way so it' hard to chose really

Almost all of the pokemon that have been named here are legendaries.A level 100 Riachu can beat a level 100 Mew stat wise.You guys are basing your votes on the coolest or prettiest,when you need to at least base it a little on Stats.

I mean Arceus and Mew have very good stats,but who really thinks they are the best?

Alright Deoxys does not count!its a stinkin space virus!!i mean come on!!are the pokemon people just have nothin else but a virus from a different galaxy?

mewtwo Deoxys-A and Arceus are all easilly strong for different reasons

Deoxys-A is the strongest ever made eveer
but it only takes a weak move to kill one dead

Arceus has near infinate possiblities with a huge move pool and 720 total base stats

Mewtwo has the ability to be stupidly strong, more sturdy than deoxys-A
and more powerful and faster than Arceus

Its all a mtter of opinion


But defensivley Its Lugia or Giratina
or maybe Deoxys-D

Giratina has the HP and good defenses
Deoxys has superior defense but low HP
Lugia has good all round HP and Defenses

But Deoxys-D and Lugia have recover as reliable recovery, while Giratina relies on rest

but giratina has will-o-wisp

which can mess up physical seepers like Groudon, Metagross and Rayquaza

so Its one of those 6

Or maybe Groudon or Kyorgre for their huge respective defense and attack stats and the ability to neutralise weather and turn the tide of a battle for a team

Arceus is the strongest but you may not know who arceus is. Arceus is the creator along with Dialga and Palkia

Mew and mewtwo are also strong. It is really hard too choose Witch legendary

Arceus is the stongets because he created the universe and is the god of all pokemon

Umm.. everyone here doesn't know what their talking about (except for PkmnTrainerJ) saying "Ho-oh and Lugia" and what not. Yeah sure their all extremely strong but the strongest is Arceus. Type his name in in bulbapedia and compare his stats to your choice pokemons stats!!!
