Charizard should be consider as a dragon type

yeah. There are loads of pokemon that need 3 types. Like flygon, ground/flying/dragon, then it wont need levitate as its ability.

or maybe lugia water/flying/psychic?

well basically its just that charizard is only a fire/flying type right? Well we think that It should also be dragon type, as it looks like a dragon. So in future pokemon games pokemon should have 3 elemental types, instead of only being dual.

Yeah, and a pokemon should learn up to 8 move. 4 is too small...

Yeah four moves just isn't enough. Especially during gameplay when you need HM moves. Your pokemon just end up full of weak HM moves. D= the only ones I like are surf and fly. But I normally have one pokemon as a HM slave when I'm doing a play through.

yeah that too, only knowing four moves can be annoying sometimes
