Sci-fi conventions

Hi! As well as being a fan of Primeval, I also like to go to sci-fi conventions. My eight-year-old niece also loves Primeval, and I would like to be able to take her to a convention one day, where she can meet members of the Primeval cast. Her favourite is Abby. Does anyone know, what are the chances of members of the Primeval cast appearing at any sci-fi conventions in the UK, in the near future?
