Was It Michaels Fault T-Bag Got His Hand Cut Off?

sorry for such a stupid question,but me and another person are aruging about this and i cant remember what happened,accept that abruzzi was the one that cut it off.....i think....

I agree with LostPB, Michael just happened to be next to him and he knew they wouldn't leave "the brains" behind.
