Now the final scene with Violet was cold and far out creepy, literally gave the chills...
When the crazy patients turn on their very own psychiatrists.
Katie Kent played by Amanda Foreman,
made her first appearance in What Women Want.
Katie was already regarded as mentally unstable ever since she lost her baby and couldn't come to terms with the loss by still regarding her baby alive and well. She eventually came to terms, with Violet's help.
Or so we thought.
Katie did present a sense of jealousy towards Violet, because after all she did lose her baby and Violet was there having hers all well and healthy. It was as though looking at Violet bore a constant reminder of what she lost.
On another take...
Another main storyline: Addison and Noah.
Remember their storyline, Addison falls for a patient's husband. Well apparently Addison still had her eyes on Noah and this time Morgan (a.k.a the wife) caught on!

What are you doing Addison?
Usually the plot line between Addison and Dr. Noah Barnes would come off as 'They did this one already' on the show, but something about this couple seemed different.
***CONTAINS SPOILERS***
Probably in the 'Finishing' episode they made us like him a bit, before we imagined that he was married, let alone to Addison's patient. The desire between them is relentless and I find myself wondering what length they would take it to, if they were left in a room together; alone. Still I wonder how during his wife's weakened state, he somehow finds the time to imagine Addison in very 'non-doctor (your wife's doctor that is)' way. Then again maybe Addison should have kept her mouth shut in last week's 'What women Want' and not mention to him that the 'feeling' was mutual.
In 'Do The Right thing' it simply defines what this entire episode was about; doing the right thing.
Be it Sam doing the right thing on the stand, a mother doing the right thing for her daughter or Addison doing the right thing for her patient and herself.

I don't question why I fully committed to Private Practice being one of my favorite series of all time. There was a time where some episodes slipped through the cracks, but I always enjoyed being humored by Addison and got sucked into the constant chaos, yet 'The Hard Part' surpassed all my expectations. I knew Private Practice had it in them. I don't know whatever skill the writers caught on to during the season break, but it's working. After 'Strange Bedfellows', I didn't think it could get better and it did. A few moments later I am writing this review and I can't stop thinking about every detail and moment that would sink anyone's heart in.
Addison and Sam established a deep bond, being neighbors and single who would really blame them. Even on their break, they still had to work the hardest and Addison almost got killed doing the very same job she was passionate about. Private Practice has a knack for delivering heartfelt guest star appearances. Kara played by Ever Carradine was exceptional as the pregnant woman trapped in a wrecked car. Her panic and disarray was nerve wrecking and out of the middle of nowhere, their chances of survival was very slim. Jake and...
