Hang on -- is that a different actress playing Naomi as opposed to the Naomi during the Grey's/'Private Practice' preview?

It is!!! I just checked on imdb. They switched actresses and hoped no one would notice. I HATE it when shows do that!

THIS WAS GREAT!!! extremely funny, kate walsh will do awesomely holding her own show... the only bummer out of the whole thing is Greys will not be quite as cool now that she wont be at seattle grace!
and oh my god cressida that is s0 annoying that they changed actresses!! seriously that actually makes me kinda angry! lol. i guess the other person couldnt commit to it or something... whatever. apart from that its a pretty neat cast from what i can tell!
kate walsh is the friggin bomb.
