This is a CALL to ACTION! The 1960 Alfred Hitchcock movie was filmed primarily in Phoenix, AZ. The primary two buildings focused on were the 1914 Luhr's towers and the 1926 Security Building. The Phoenix city council has chosen to allow a California developer to tear down the 1914 Luhr's building, citing that it has no historical or architectural significance. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF THE ORIGINAL PSYCHO YOU ARE ABOUT TO LOSE THE VERY BUILDING THIS MOVIE WAS CENTERED AROUND TO A DEVELOPER!! |
