Not sure about that, but his name is Jim Dale, and he's best known for being the guy who does all the Harry Potter books on audio. He has a few Grammy awards from it, I think, and a world record for doing the most voices in a single novel. He's a perfect narrator for this show, I think.
He's great. I'm a huge Harry nerd and I think he makes Rowlings' books pop in a way that they otherwise wouldn't if read by someone else.

He was an actor in the 'Carry On..' film series. He was a leading character especially in 'Carry On Doctor' and 'Again, Doctor'! Definatley worth checking out ^_^
