Who's more of a kiss ass to Michael?

Andy's MORE of a kiss ass but he just can't do it. He's terrible. Dwight ACTUALLY worships Michael, Andy is just trying to score brownie points. And he sucks at it.

dwight isnt trying to kiss michael's ass, at least i dont think so. he actually likes him that much.

Andy's become more of Dwight's kiss-ass as of late. I guess there's a ladder you have to climb before you can get to Michael's ass (although Ryan would probably get one of those speed passes).

Agree with marissa- dwight just worships michael and will do anything for michael because he likes him, not because he wants to gain a higher position in the office- which is what andy did.

dwight sincerely loves him, more than anybody else in the office, and that is so nice.

i agree with snoznoodle. dwight actually loves michael, it's not ass kissing, it's love. andy's only doing it cause he wants to be the boss's favourite.

I do believe Dwight was a kiss ass, and has tried to move up the ladder, but i also think he loves Michael too.
