I Douglas J faulkner Woolley own the salvage rights to the wreck of the Titanic and the QE1. It has been scientifically proven that Dr Ballard was not the first to locate the Titanic in 1985, my team from Seawise and Titanic Salvage ltd and Fathom line ltd ( see Dr Paul Lee) located it in 1977/78 by H.M.S. Hecate, this was known as the Sollis Project.
