I cant believe the reaction!!!! please russell do your radio station broadcast through somewere else. I love listerning and what am i going to do without this making me smile at the weekend. We all make mistakes, go it on your own you dont need the bbc anyway....

I sincerly hope that someone will get what I am about to write to Mr Brand, I was one of the people who objected to the content, however I now feel that Russell has exonerated himself and proved out of the two people involved he is a gentleman,I would vitually like to shake his hand and say thank you, I really believe that through this action he has earnt the right to be reinstated on the BBC, that however does not include a very middle-aged man and the producers who allowed this.Hold your head high Russell you are the only decent thing to have come out of this, and I am no youngster who belongs to your fan club indeed I am probably too old to even be your Gran..[ only signed on here in the hope it gets this message through to you]
