Ever think about reporting broken links? It would really help much more than commenting. In any case, I've fixed it. I'd originally linked to an Abe Books entry - because I think Abe Books is a great site - but the problem is that individual sellers listed on Abe Books actually sell their copies, and then the listings go away. This now points to a book review, which should stand the test of time much better.
