Again, defending my Scrappy (See previous fan pick), since I am the only one so far that has voted for him. Scrappy-Doo isn't my favorite character, I will admit, but I knew Scooby and Shaggy would win, so I went with my third fav that needs some love.

Scrappy, they shouldn't have made him evil. If you have seen the episodes with Scooby, Scrappy, and Shaggy, you would know why. Any way, they all rank equally (Scooby, Shaggy, and Scrappy), but like Tweakpotter(?) said, he needs some love.
