Like I've said before, My Musical was a good ep, but it wasn't great, it was way too gimmicky for me. I'd say the infamous 'Fray' episode, it had the long hanging humour in the early part and switched to being serious later on when it needed to be, plus it obviously had Doctor Cox making every single one of us blubber like a baby.

For some reason, I can't stop watching the first episode from season 4. I dunno.

My Musical is great, though!

The one I remember most is the one with Jordan telling everyone their secrets, and then the next ep (the beginning of season 2) with Overkill by Colin Hay... But that's mostly because I like the song :)

i love "My Best Moment" from season 4. I don't know but i just love that episode! Also I think "My Screwup" From season 3 is one of the greatest written episodes of Scrubs ever. No other TV show has done anything like that and it makes me tear up every time at the end with Dr.Cox!

there are really a lot of great episodes, and its a hard choise, but i think it comes down to those sensy moments, as you probably will remember those more than the funny moments.
i love every moment where ted apears, but when it comes to a full episode i gotta agree with benji, S5E20 my lunch is by far the best, moved me as no other episode did.

My Lunch and My Fallen Idol came close, but My Screwup wins it at the last.
Amazing episode, so cleverly done. The closest scrubs ever came to jerking a tear from my surgically sealed up tear ducts.

I don't understand all the jizzing over My Musical. I found spectacularly average tbh.

i did squeze out a little tear in the end of my lunch, erm still do...
but my musical was nicely done and new, never seen it before in a sitcom. but it wasn't nearly at the hight and "i almost wanna hug my screen" that my lunch and my screw up brought!

From the point where Doc Cox comes back from sorting out the clowns bail is where Ben is dead from. You're meant to think it's the patient that he mentioned before Cox left, but a subtle hint to the fact it is Ben is twofold, first no-one ever talks to him except Cox, second, the patient JD is with when Cox takes his patients is the same patient JD said he didn't want to leave.

I think no. 1 had to be My Musical for creativity for sure and like everyone else has said s5e20 and 21. AMAZING!
But I love My Cake where JD's dad died because Dan is HILARIOUS and I can't stop watching the one with Chandler from Friends it was SO funny!
Murray: He's an airplane!
classic.
And also s4e1 - The start where Turk gets back from his honeymoon makes me crack up EVERY time.

My favourite episode is "My Fallen Idol" in Season 5. I think it really cements how much JD and Cox respect each other personally, as well as professionally. It's always good when Cox is the focal point of an episode, because his character is so complex and intriguing.

My Cold Shower is brilliant because it always makes me weep.... I love all of the different styled episodes, like: My Life in Four Cameras, My Way Home, My Musical and My Princess. I love My Point of no Return and My Occurrence, My Screw-Up is wonderful also. Of course, My First Day and My Last Day are classics, as is My Overkill. For some reason I really love My Quarantine as well and My Half-Acre and My Big Bird. My Old Lady and My Lunch are notable and I love My Lucky Day. My Last Chance is also crazily hilarious and one can't help but adore the Jelliot episodes like My Bed Banter and Beyond, My Drug Buddy, My Monster, My Fault and others. To be honest, it's kindo hard to choose.

Tushtush i agree with you. My cold shower is brilliantly put together... same with the finale of season 6, then there's the one day where elliott and J.d. spend a day in bed... and finally "my fallen idol" all of these are very touching and humazing... some think that Laverne's death is best... but i disagree...

Cold shower- Touching, makes me identify with J.D. and his passive attitude towards females... (At least as passive as a character of a show can be)

My Fallen Idol: Because it humanizes Cox and makes me finally have a reason to pitty him.

Season 6 Finalle- because i just love the whole on call room scene...

And of course their first relationship... i loved it when they were dating... their fling was shallow and yet it ends on an emotional note of hope and leaving the viewer upset with the outcome... This one is really well written.

Altough I LOVED My musical I would have to say the 'My screw up' episode where Ben dies at the end is the most touching. Ben is great throughout the episode and even though I have watched it like 100 times, I still cry everytime that Dr Cox finally realizes that Ben is dead and they are in a cemetery rather than at the b-day party. O and someone said that they cant figure out when he died but it is when JD walks up and tells Cox that someone went into respiratory arrest 20 minutes after they left. THat is when he dies.

Actually although i just said my screw up was my favorite episode, i think that the episode before my fallen idol when Dr. Cox shoves over the defibrillator after his patient with kidney failure dies is an amazingly powerful shot and is just so amazing.
