If you couldn't live in Seattle, where would you live?

I'm a softy for San Francisco, but Portland is nice too, that's if you're looking for a city like Seattle. Portland is a pretty much a mini-Seattle, with a tram system.

But if I, personally, could live anywhere else in the world, it would be Cairo, Egypt. Nothing like Seattle, but I love both Cairo AND Seattle, even though they are so different.
