It's season 3. The announcer said 'look for an all new season coming this June' at the end of the last episode. The complete first season is already on DVD.

it you look at abcfamily's website all the episode so far are listed as season one so season 2 will start in june
its sometime in june, and i consider it season 3 also becuz *technically* the "1st" season wuz only a promo 2 see if they were going 2 keep the show... so *technically* its season 2
According to ABC the new season will begin Monday June 22,2009 at 8:00! It said so Monday when I was watching Greek and it gave us a flash of Amy kissing Ricky!
