No but that's what gets me about Snape. He really was a genius, he had to be to know that he could take an Unbreakable Vow and do everything else he did to convince Voldemort he was on his side. Really, it amazes me. And to know he did it all out of love for his childhood sweetheart who never felt the same is what makes him so incredible!
