My first bit of 2009 randomness: "Big Bang Theory," returning a video, Grant Show as an action star, remaking "48 Hrs.," public access TV shows, and more, and the New York Post wins an award
What?!! This Column!?? Issue #147: My first bit of 2009 randomness: "Big Bang Theory," returning a video, Grant Show as an action star, remaking "48 Hrs.," public access TV shows, and more, and the New York Post wins an award
Well, it's been about two months since I did a "randomness" column (the last one I did was the last What?!! This Column!?? of 2008, which can be read here), and since I really don't have anything specific to ramble on about here (the column about what I want to see in a "Jericho" movie is coming, just not right now, so stay tuned for that one), I'll do my first bit of randomness for 2009. As usual, the following column contains a series of observations, questions, comments, and complaints. They appear in no particular order of importance. They be what they be. Enjoy.
- On "The Big Bang Theory," it's been established that Sheldon Cooper (played by Jim Parsons) doesn't like it when people touch his food. He can't stand it. If someone touches his food (like neighbor Penny did that one time. I believe she touched his onion rings) he complains about it and then throws it out. Now, with that character trait established, how can Sheldon go out to eat so much? Yeah, he usually demands his food to appear before him on seperate plates, but someone else besides him had to put that food there. How can he eat that food if someone else touched it? Has the show dealt with that yet? Skeetulrich.info
