Comotose Comes Alive Trouble with Enhanced CD

My son just bought Comamtose Comes alive CD. Inserted CD to get extra songs promised and was given message "You are not ellible for downloads"

I inserted in my drive and signed up with email but have not recevied downloads.

Yes, I have checked my SPAM folder.

Anyone else having troubles?
