Soccer happenings in or near London?

I´m in need of your help! I´m trying to trick my dad to come to London with me, and I need something to tempt him there. He´s a big soccer fan and if you can help me find some event in or near London that I can make him want to go to. Then me and my friends will be all free and alone to go shopping and other girlie stuff that I don´t wanna torture my dad with. So, Some soccer stuffage lasting about a week or longer in or near London this July! PLEASE!
