The discography of Sophie Ellis-Bextor, an English pop music singer, consists of three studio albums, ten singles, eleven music videos and one video album. Ellis-Bextor debuted in 1997 as frontwoman of the indie music group theaudience, whose single "I Know Enough (I Don't Get Enough)" reached the top twenty-five on the UK singles chart.[1]
Her solo debut album Read My Lips was released in September 2001, and sold 1.5 million copies worldwide.[2] It reached number two in the UK and went double platinum.[3] The album produced four singles, three of which reached the top three. In 2003, Read My Lips won the Edison Award for "Best Dance Album".[4] Ellis-Bextor's second album Shoot from the Hip was released in October 2003. The album reached number nineteen and produced two singles. Trip the Light Fantastic, Ellis-Bextor's third album, was released in May 2007. The album reached number seven and produced three singles. She is scheduled to release her fourth studio album, "Split Second Love", in 2009.[5]
