Does anyone know what the episode is called and what season when they decide to build their own church then Kenny ends up getting driven to Mexico but he thinks he's in heaven? I think it's one of the earliest seasons but not sure which :)
Season 4. It was a 2-parter; the first one was called "Do the Handicapped go to Hell?" (episode 9) and the second one was called "Probably" (episode 10)
