No. They shouldn't, because the series is too kiddish for exclusive stress on marriage. They do supposedly get married in Truth or Square, but I estimate that they'll have a spur of the moment decision on not too. Also, I think that the makers put that in the previews for Truth or Square to confuse you. They probably just want you to think about that.

i dont think they shoulg get married at all, that would destroy the whole friendship between everyone not to mention the fact that one has to live in a freshair tree dome and the other needs water. the idea of them living together would be ridiculous, so getting married is not an option. anyway, sometimes, spongebob is depicted as a childish kiddy, so its going to be rather awkward with the whole LOVE and MARRIAGE concept.
