Yoda puppet version
|
We all thought Yoda to be a wise little Jedi that sat in a seat in the council. But the real question is, how did he become that fighting master that he is today? The answer lies with the creators of STAR WARS.
When Episode five came out, Gerorge Lucas wanted to make a charector that Luke Luke Skywalker can learn Jedi training from after the tragic death of Ben Kenobie.
He then made the charector called "Yoda". This charector would be the heart of Star Wars forever. They thought he should be an unknown alien species.
At first, they made him into a puppet for episodes 5 and 6. By the time George decided to make another 3 movies, he wanted to make Yoda duel with his lightsaber once or twice.
Then, George and the crew ran into a problem. Yoda could not fight if he was a puppet. So they decided to make him animated. By the time episode episode 1 went into opperation, they decided to wait a few more movies until they animate Yoda because they didn'y have enough time to animate him before the movie hit theators.
That leaded to another problem. The crew couldn't find the puppet they used years ago in episode 5 and 6. So they had to make an extra one. Luckily, the crew didn't run into any problems with THAT.
Finally, ANIMATION! The Star Wars producers decided to make Yoda animated in episode 2 and 3. The animaters had to go through a bunch of work to make Yoda come to life.
When episode 2 and 3 came out, the crew were RELIEVED once they saw how good Yoda's animation went. Without that, heck, Star Wars would STINK! But thanks to the crew and George Lucas, everything went well!
