Starbucks Serive at BN Stinks!

I run my own business and love to experience the culture and service of starbucks. However, when I go to Barnes & Noble (I don't really anymore since I own my own bookstore) the service is very sub par to what I expect out of starbucks. Is this just my barnes and noble? Does anyone else experience this?
