Nightmares & Dreamscapes - Notes

I am rereading "Nightmares & Dreamscapes" and have noticed that not all the stories have NOTES in the back of the book. The notes provide some interesting insights on the story behind SK writing them. I am very curious if anyone has any information on those where notes were not included.
