You have to save the icon you want on your computer. And then upload that icon on the "upload photos" option, that is on your profile.

There isn't a way of having a icon user without having it saved on your computer first.

Like Cas_Cat said, you have to save it in order to upload it. But once it's uploaded you can delete the original file from your computer. :)
