I love mine with soy sauce and wasabi. I rarely use the ginger though. Although I thought that the ginger was just to cleanse the palette.

Well, I like soy sause and Wasabi, but I have a problem with putting the right amount on my sushi I use too much, so with wasabi my mouth is on fire, and with soy sauce, the sushi drips.
So I don't put anything on it since it already tastes terrific without extra thingy's ^^
