Well I'm not fair in that choice:)
The best friendship is definately the one between Enid and Liz. They help each other and they are together in bad and good moments not like Jess Liz who help each other at bad moments or like Jess Lila who are like frenemies.
But Lila is my favorite character and I really like those two together cause they have fun!
Actually, Enid isn't always there for Liz. As seen throughout SVH and especially SVU, she leaves Liz. The only long standing friendship is Lila and Jess, and of course Liz and Jess, although they are really more than friends as twins.
