does anyone know the name? I saw this movie on showtime a while ago but cant remember the name.

Story is about a teen who gets kicked out of his house & forced to live out on his yard. he spends all of his time observing his neighbors but especially to a girl he develops a crush for. its a vague description but hopefully someone knows what im talking about. thanks in advance

Rofl i was about to say disturbiaaa but remebered he doesnt get kickked out :P but maybe it sounds like disturbia with the things you said... hmm do you have any other info?
