I seriously want to nominate him for best character on tv. :) At first he drove me crazy, but now i anxiously wait to see what kind of "over-our-heads" braniac thing he will say. He kinda reminds me of a robot from some sci-fi space odyssey that's been sent down to earth to live amongst the dumb humans. He really stands on the fine line of being a genius or being completely insane. Sometimes i can't tell. :) On the last episode when Penny put the alcohol in his diet coke, i thought i was gonna die cuz i was laughing soooo hard. Seeing him playing that piano and singing was priceless. Anyone else like Sheldon as much as me??? I look forward to next week's episode just to hear sheldon speak. Haha.
I always have a thing for hot intellects. My father knows this so he bought me the season 1 DVD copy of Big Bang Theory and my god, I was blown away by Sheldon Cooper. He's a sarcastic, anal retentive, self-centered and phlegmatic kind of guy. I always feel the urge to hug him everytime he becomes emotionally tone-deaf or when he cracks a very sarcastic remark about anybody. I love the way he speaks and I love his sense of style. I like how he can drive you crazy and yet he can manage to sneak into your system, grab hold of it and never let go. He's a breathtaking character and I just couldn't stop watching the series because I want to see and listen to more of his antics and quirks.

He is intolerable, arrogant and callous but that's what I'm into; also because he has an IQ of a genius...like Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds and the 'defective detective' Adrian Monk. Guys like that really grease me up...cough,cough.
I totally agree! I love love love Sheldon. My favorite is when he is compelled to clean Penny's apartment because its such a mess. Totally insane, but damn does he make me laugh. Another favorite, when Leonard starts dating the other chick and Sheldon tags along the whole time trying to help, the scene where he follows them to the movies is just pure genius. Him so unaware that they purposely were avoiding him, and then when he tests the vocal proximity from various seats in the theatre, ahhhh I'm laughing just thinking about it!
