great article i totally agree with you i too can't seem to snack during that show it makes me really think about my weight and inspires me to work out more i love the show its very inspirational and its such a good show. This show is litterly changing lives and no necessarly just the contestants but the thousand of viewers as well great article i really enjoyed it
