Personally, I'm glad that Kim won't be returning. The show started off with Bob and Jillian, and I think that they were great... then Kim came along. Kim's training style was almost polar opposite to Jillian's, and she and Bob didn't seem to have the same connection as he and Jillian did. Plus, I always thought she was too whiny.
