The celebrities work as hoteliers at a ritzy establishment, catering to their guests' every whim, cleaning rooms, managing concierge affairs and delivering room service. But the task is marred by disgruntled guests and an out-of-control team leader.

This week's task is to producing a live event launching ACN's new video phone to hundreds of sales reps. A heated exchange almost comes to blows before the task has even begun, ending with one celebrity walking away from the team.
