That night Aaron and Jamie slept somewhere else. Brandt made them stay away from us. When I woke up I was in Brandt's arms. I smiled when I saw him looking over at me. For a second I thought he was asleep. I heard footsteps and shot up, holding the sheet to my small brests. I flushed when Jamie walked in. I laid back.
"Jamie get out," Brandt said with his eyes on me. He stroked my caramel colored hair.
"This is my room too ya know. I just came to tell you that the next time you are doin' this, you are going in Winds's room."
I snuggled up next to Brandt, put my hand in the air and shooed Jamie away.
"Brandt I need to get dressed," I told him with a sigh.
"Same here," He replied. He grabbed his clothes and put them on. He brushed off invisible dust and held his hand to me.
I only put my bra and underwear on at the time. I put up one finger to say One Minuite.
I put on my jeans and tanktop and then I grabbed his hand. He pulled me into his arms and kissed me.

so...it seems as so that people tend to compare twilight charaters to Host charaters. To be quite honest i really really don't like this. Sure they are both from the same author but I really don't think that, that should give us a lisence to correspond every single charater. I think this because i believe that Meyer wanted to make all of her charaters speaical and different for each other in every one of her books. Sure some of the charaters are going to have origins that grow from others but some people don't like charaters just because they correspond to some charaters in twilight. and to be honest i think that is the reason why people hate on some host charaters. What I really don't like is how people compare Edward to Ian. I think that Ian is way nicer than Edward. Some people also compare jared to Jake which i think is a little absurd. Or Jake and ian which to me makes not that much sense. Anyway the point of my rant is don't jugde a host charater just cause they are something like your least or hated twilight charater.

I LOVE The Host! In fact I just reread it making it two times that I've read the whole book. (Not to mention all the times I've looked up my favorite parts and read them again! lol)
There are many parts that I like but one of my absolute favorites is when Ian over hears that Wanda is leaving (when actually she's choosing to die). I love that he freaks out, hitting and kicking to get her away lol. (If he was that pissed of when he thought she was choosing to leave imagine how much worse it would be if he knew she was actually choosing death!)
When he falls into her lap and cries. . . *gasp* I almost die every time! His love for her is so strong that you just can't help but feel for him. How he moans her name and begs her to stay, promising to never say he loves her again if she doesn't like it, as long as she will just stay.
The way he loves HER, not the body, and thinks that she is beautiful and amazing. *sigh*.
I wonder how Ian must have felt when he woke and saw that Wanderer was gone. And even more so his reaction to see Melanie, knowing that Wanda was no longer there.
