Ripped off by the fan club!

I got ripped off by the mighty boosh fanclub and trinitystreet (trinityst).I got 2 tickets for Sheffield City Hall on PRE SALE. They sent me row YY which is row 27! They said they only guarantee tickets, they don’t guarantee GOOD tickets. I bought these before they went on General release. After General release I could have got row 4. I even had an email telling me I WOULD get good seats! I feel cheated and thought I should warn others. 2 tickets for sale if anyone wants them?
