Which scene still makes your heart ache even though you've seen the movie more than once?

the way he's excited to see her not knowing what had happened... I just imagine how much his heart was broken.

For me it's the ending, when they're old people, and she doesn't remember him, but when he goes to visit her in the night, she does, and she asks him to stay with her (if I remember correctly). I bawl, every time.

It Has To Be at the end when theyre dancing and then she suddenly forgets who he is, and Duke's crying 'cause he feels he's lost her and when they both go together, i cry every time even though ive seen it like 50 times i always thinks it's going to be a different ending.

i also always cry in the part where there old and there dancing and alli forgets its soooo sad!!!!

The ending and when they break up.

Because we know with the rest of the scenes that they end up together, but this one is just heartbreaking.

During the last fight, when Noah is up against the car not wanting her to leave. When he shuts the car door and is so hurt, love sick and vulnerable to her and he pours his heart out. When he grabbed his heart! ACK!

"I want all of you..forever..you and me, everyday.."

i could cry forever with that part of the movie. like seriously, it reminds me of my love (sigh) (crying in the backround)

I cry at all of the scenes. But I cry the most at the end when they die together. That was so romantic yet sad.
