The most ridiculous episode (Bureaucracy)

I am looking for the office (uk) episode, that best ridicules the idiocy of bureaucracy, as I would like to show it to a group of master studentes (lecture: management theories) as a warm up on how management doesn't work.

As I have seen only very few episodes, it would be of great help to hear from you, which episode you would suggest here.
