Continuity Error

Yeah, I noticed that too. I read somewhere that the writers realized their mistake because they spoke about it at the Paley Center.

Hey there was another error - In "The Secret" in season 2, Jim told Pam that he had a crush on her when she first started working there, implying that he was working there first, but in the 4th season episode "Launch Party" when Pam asked Jim when he knew he liked her, he said that it was on his first day when she showed him to his desk and introduced him to dwight, implying she was working there first. So who worked there first????

Yeah a lot of people noticed that one too, loopygiggles, but I don't think it's ever been cleared up.

In "The Christmas Party" Kelly kisses Dwight. Dwight says she shouldn't do that. "AMANDA is supposed to do that." Who is AMANDA? I think he was supposed to say ANGELA. Oops.

No, he said "a man is" not "Amanda."

In the episode "Job Fair" pam thinks back on her gym class and explains how she used to use pms to get out of various sports, including volleyball. However, in the episode "Company Picnic" she displays exceptional volleyball skills and said that she played in highschool, in junior high, college and went to volleyball camp. Tsk tsk.

In episode 23 of season 5, Michael, Pam and Ryan meet with Charles and David in the the conference room next to Charles' office. After being made the offer of $60,000, Michael asks to have the room to confer with Pam and Ryan. In the next scene, Dwight is seen talking to an old client. The camera pans to Jim sitting as his desk with the conference room in the background. Not only is the door to the conference room completely open, no one is in it, it is set up completely differently than when Michael and the others were seen sitting in it and the table which was in the middle of the room is now missing as well as the TV and the poster boards which are seen behind David as he stands to leave the room in the previous scene. A few scenes later, Michael Pam and Ryan are seen sitting in the conference room again with everything back to how it was.

In season 1, episode 4, "The Alliance"....Michael assigns Pam to find the person with the closest birthday. And Pam tells him that Meredith's is the closest but "it isn't until next month"....but in season 4, episode 7, "Survivor Man"....Angela says that it is "Birthday Month" and that Kelly's was last week, Creed's is today, Oscar's is the week after next, and Meredith's is at the end of the month....so either Pam didn't see those other birthdays, or there is an error....I think that it is an error
