Jan's Boobs

I'm new to the forum - This has been bothering me: Are Jan's Boobs real? What I mean is, did the actor playing Jan really get a boob job? You could see she was small in early episodes, especially Cocktails. I hope she didn't really do it. They're too big.

Also, doesn't Jan have great skin?
