The scene where Jim and pam are fighting is when she found a house that had something that she'd always wanted since she was a kid, and Roy said no. She was upset about about it and jim was telling her she need to go for what she wants and she's said "excuse me I'm fine with my choices" and she was really upsed about it and started to cry.
