You're awesome for getting this up so quickly! I don't know if its just me but I noticed that the audio was off from the picture after about 7 minutes.
Yeah, sorry there are audio-sync problems after minute 8. If you can deal with it, cool. If not - you'll have to wait until another version is available later on :-(
the trick to syncing the audio from this semi-deteriorated post (thank you by the way), is to play another copy of the video in another window and then turning the volume down on one of them while you calibrate the video so that they play in sync, or at least closer to synch than the recording has it. piece of cake. see, creative solutions. again, thanks. i think that overall the US version is fun, but the British version is quality.

Lemming,you're the best! I've watched the episode 4 times now! Loved the whole episode! Michael looked sooo trapped with Jan in the car. Don't worry about Jim not smiling. The documentary crew is there and Jim is very serious about Pam and also he's going to have to deal with Karen! Karen is come out fighting - remember she said that Pam was kind of a bitch! Besides JAM, the best part of the whole episode was Ryan! He looked so wondefully evil and mean! Just think, Ryan is going to be Michael's boss and I'll just bet he's going to make Michael's life a living hell! I can hardly wait! What's going to happen with Karen? Will she stay and fight for Jim, quit or go nuts like Andy? Should be interesting. It's going to be hard to wait all summer. Thoughts anyone?

Lemming, I will never ever complain about any eps you put on! You're the best! I watch the eps on tv (Canada) and then rewatch them online. Nobody should complain about quality issues cuz where would we be without you? I bet you a billion Stanley nickels that next season will be the best yet! Take care all.

Hey, did anyone have a problem with part one, where it stops after 7 seconds? The new link that Lemming put up doesnt work for me, it says the video has stepped out. OMG CONFUSING!!! How the hell did Ryan get the job? Karen has to get the job cuz Jam NEEDS to happen!! Besides the person who is playing Karen is leaving the show, but BJ Novak's myspace says the Ryan will be Michael's boss. I already miss Relly and The Office wouldn't be the same without Ryan. I hope they don't do another thing where he leaves and then comes back cuz I hates that when they did it with Jim. Also, why the hell is Michael so shallow that he got back with the woman that makes her life a LIVING HELL just cuz she got a boob job cuz she is the biggest bitch ever? Whatever happens, I can't wait until next season. THE OFFICE ROX!!! JAM 4EVER!!!!
Did anyone else get that the gold thing on the note from Pam to Jim was a yogurt lid like the ones from Office Olympics... it was sweet. I can't wait for next season!
Here's my take on the ending - it's been a rollercoaster ride wit all the: will they ever go out; or won't they.. and frankly, i feel the bittersweet irony was probably one of the best parts of the show (altho there r many).. but to be fair, pam's smile in the end made it worth while..
that said, it was still THE most irrational ending to the season they cudda gone for:
1. michael (daft as he may be) is going out with a clinically insane woman just for her breats (nice as they maybe!).. i honestly believe that his character (fictional tho it is) is better than that..
2. jim, after 3 years of undecidedness, finally decides to go out wit pam on the basis of a note saying don't miss 'US'.. just after him and the wonderful karen had had a great day doing the things JIM loves (mock theatre, nice dinner).. AND she had just shown signs of sincere committment..
3. not such a big deal but - ryan?! seriously? they cudda have just made one of the other managers get the job, surely? rather than a (if not temporary) junior (if business school graduate)..
sorry for this super long posts wit repeated contradictions.. but i had to vent somewhere!
[and yes finding disco.. i did.. pat on the back for both of us!]
ps.. and i apologise for the poor grammer on the post above.. it's 2 am in the UK and I have a huge exam 2moro!
