Top Five Simpsons Movie Character Appearances

This article will discuss the appearances of characters from the show onto the big screen. One of my favorite things about the movie was the fact that almost every one of my favorite characters were in their somewhere.

Number 5. Bumblebee Man

Ah, Bumblebee Man. Where would I be without your senseless jabbering and slapstick comedy? Bumblebee Man's appearance was my favorite for two reasons. First of all, being kissed by a donkey is hilarious, but the main reason why Bumblebee Man is on this list is this: The donkey (or burro) kissing him made Homer and Spiderpig laugh really hard which led Homer to fall off the couch which led Homer to stare into Spiderpig's beautiful brown eyes which reminded him of the TV show he just saw which made him want to kiss Spiderpig. That was hilarious!

Number 4. Itchy

There's nothing like a good Itchy and Scratchy show to lift my spirits. If that's true then there's nothing like an Itchy and Scratchy show on a huge TV screen to lift my spirits really, really high. I was already pretty giddy from the thought of seeing a Simpsons Movie and some questionable movie theater Powerade, but seeing Itchy pop up on the screen made me even giddier. That was the best Itchy and Scratchy ever. I've never really like Scratchy, but, well, let's just say that I would vote for Itchy for President.

Number 3. Moe

Ahhh... Moe. Moe probably would've been number five, but he had two of my favorite moments from the movie. 1) I loved seeing Move robbed blind. It tickles me that the light being out for that short amount of time still allowed for people to take his entire bar. 2) I really enjoyed seeing Moe with a traffic cone on his head.

Number 2. Ralph

Ralphie! Like I said, I was very giddy at the beginning of the movie so when I saw Ralph screaming the 20th Century Fox Theme Music I literally nearly died laughing. I was actually on my knees gasping for air. I got strange looks, I'm sure, but it was okay because the theater was dark so I couldn't see them. I almost choked on my popcorn when Bart skateboards past Ralph and he says, "I like men now." This time my gasps for air and coughs were drowned out by other people laughing how most humans do.

Number 1. Dr. Nick

I, sadly, couldn't find a picture of Dr. Nick being crushed by a giant piece of glass. You can always tell a movie is winding to a close when an annoying character dies and says an alteration of their famous catch phrase. I now have this odd habit of saying, "Bye Everybody!" everytime I finish a conversation. It's really odd. Dr. Nick has always been in my top five of favorite characters and I was frantically saying, "They've had all the other characters in my top five: Ned, Ralph, Milhouse, and Moe. Now where's Dr. Nick? Where is he?" And then all of a sudden everyone told me to shut up and I looked up at the screen and I see a giant piece of glass falling. Everything went into slo-mo. I yell (in my head), "Look out Dr. Nick!" but it was too late. He was crushed. I couldn't believe they killed him, but then he said, "Bye everybody," and I laughed my head off.

Well, thanks for reading. "Bye everybody!"

When I saw an article in this spot had been added in my updates, and the title, my immediate thought prior to clicking the link was "I hope this is by maybeastarbucks". Another good soapbox mes ami.

tvman, I'll let you in on my secret. What I do is I find a video on YouTube or somewhere and pause it when I get the perfect shot. Then, I take a screen shot and crop it down and Voila! Not much of a secret, but it gets the job done. :)

EDIT:
Plus the pictures often times turn out fuzzy.
