Below is a list of the regular voice actors (and regular guest stars) on The Simpsons, and the voices they do. Voices provided by guest stars are in a separate list here.
Homer Simpson's voice is provided by Dan Castellaneta. Dan also does the voices of several other regular characters (see below). Julie Kavner provides the voice for Marge, Yeardley Smith does Lisa and Nancy Cartwright does the voice of Bart. All of these have done voices for other characters on the show.
There are several other regular voice artists as well. These include Hank Azaria, Harry Shearer, Russi Taylor, Pamela Hayden, Tress Macneille and Maggie Roswell. Maggie left the show during Season 11, and her main character, Maude Flanders, wa killed off in Alone Again, Natura-Diddly. She has now returned, doing parts for her other characters (see below). I also decided to list Kelsey Grammar and Joe Mantegna here, although they are officially considered special guests.

The Simpson family first appeared in 1988 on the Tracy Ullman show. The creator Matt Groening and the producer James .L. Brooks turned the Simpson's into a full half hour show, which premiered on Fox network in December 1989. The Simpson's was a hit from the start and still is 20 years on(It is the longest running prime-time cartoon). The show has had many guests which have included Christina Ricci, Ringo Starr, Stephen Hawking, Hank Azaria, Kelsey Grammer, Phil Hartman and Conan O'Brien.
The Simpson family includes Homer - The beer and donut loving father. Marge - The hard working, cleaning loving religious mother. Bart - the mischievous skateboarding fourth grader. Lisa - The saxophone playing, super smart second grader, and finally Maggie - the youngest of the children, she's like Peter Pan, for 20 years she has been the cute non talking Simpson baby. That's the whole Simpson family. They all have very different personalities.

In the tradition of the "Nuts!" campaign that compelled CBS to resurrect Jericho by shipping hundreds of pounds of nuts to CBS's corporate offices, http://www.TheFanUnion.com has begun a movement targeted towards the networks and the AMPTP to urge them, through the nuisance of fan activism, to bring the strike to an end so our favorite show(s) can move forward.
Our plan is to have fans, as many as we can get, to mail the studio head of their choice a lovely, but very inexpensive, Roller Skate charm. A "Cheap Skate" for a bunch of Cheap Skates.
