Has this glitch ever happened to your game?:Your Sim's bodies stretch. Barely any custom content installed.(or none at all)

I just bought Open for bussiness and I loaded it on and my sims couldn't marry. When I unistalled it still did the same thing. Has that ever happened to you. Any help?
