disrespectful reporter

I'm looking for an episode of West Wing where, towards the end of the episode, a reporter or gossip columnist does not stand when the President enters the room. The President makes an example of her. I thionk it was during a social event at the White House. Can anyone tell me what episode and from what year this aired??????????
