Well their real first kiss was in episode of 7 season Millenium, but there was kiss in season six in episode Triangle, but it wasn't real cause they were different people in this episode well Scully defiantly was. Well i hope someone will explain better than me

Well to explain better...Mulder went to investigate this ship and there was a character who was like a parallel universe version of Scully..if that made any sense whatsoever. But their first real kiss was in Millenium.

The first official kiss is from season 7 episode 'Millenium' where they both kiss at midnight. However, there is also a kiss shared between Mulder and an alternate reality version of Scully in season six episode 'Triangle'. They dont get a real couple kiss until 'Existence' at the very end of season 8.

Well yes there was Triangle, but only Mulder would recall that. In FTF they kind of kissed , but that darn bee recked it! Millemium would be the answer . :)
