I remember, the scene in my mind, but yet I can't come to a title. I also, remember that Kryech didn't want Scully's baby to be born because it would mean the end to all humanity. ( Baby suppose to lead the alien race) Plus, the super soldiers are afraid of the baby because he's more advanced. The baby was born a super soldier, others had to be experimented on to be one.
