Things looked very good for NCIS, which meant they looked very bad for the triple homicide suspect they were chasing. Now he was cornered with agents on all sides of him and the Pottomac River behind them. Gibbs stepped foward to place the cuffs around the suspect's wrists and that was when all hell broke loose. The trained killer had been planning for this moment and now he showed his rage by kicking the agent closest to the river in the stomach with his steel toed boots.
That agent happened to be Ziva. Normally she would have been prepared, her asassin instincts full blown, but in this case all it took was this one well aimed kick to render her defenless and soon unconcius when her skull dashed against jagged rocks before she tumbled into the river.
The killer had expected to take the other agents off guard and therefore ensure his escape, but this was not the case. Gibbs was soon on his tail more vicious and determined than before.

Chapter 1
A Bad Day
The day started out as usual I went to Israel to try and deal with everything that was going on. When I showed up late to back up Tony I found my former partner dead on the ground killed by the man that I have come to love. I had also loved my former partner and I had once had a small crush on him.
So now I was torn between my current love and my old one. Seeing his dead body on the carpet I choose Rivkin.
Once all of the little details had been sorted out I exploded on Tony.
