Martha can obviously take over for Owen as the medic and Mickey can do Tosh's job as the computer person!

no, i don't think Martha would be good, as she has a history with Jack (saving the world and all). you need someone who is in the dark about Jack as all the team members have been. new faces, new relationships, although i hope they don't mess with Jack and Ianto's relationship!
